About this role
AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) at their Sebring, Florida hospital.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify care needs in a fast-paced ED environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive patient care
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Emergency Department experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
- $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates
