About this role
AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the ICU/PCU on the night shift (7p–7a) at their Sebring, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify care needs across ICU and PCU populations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Prior ICU or PCU nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hour (~$65,582–$104,832 annually).
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
- $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates.
