AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a full-time Operating Room RN for weekend call shifts at its hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized perioperative care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary surgical team to deliver continuous, coordinated care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with prescribed protocols.
- Monitor patient progress throughout the surgical episode and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation (Cerner) to ensure accurate, up-to-date medical records.
- Uphold safe use of OR-specific equipment including IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, and I-STAT devices.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical experience (required); 1 year of OR/surgical experience preferred.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR charting; Cerner experience preferred.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range: $32.76–$57.47 (~$68,141–$119,538 annualized).
