About this role

AdventHealth Riverview is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator for its surgical services team in Riverview, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to deliver quality perioperative care in the circulator role. - Develop and communicate individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the surgical team. - Implement nursing interventions and surgical procedures using clinical skill and professional judgment. - Evaluate patient responses to care and identify problems throughout the perioperative continuum. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care provided. - Serve as a role model for current and new OR staff, participating in required safety training programs. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - BLS and ACLS certifications (both required). - Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience (preferred). - Availability for call shifts, including weekends and holidays on a call basis. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $32.76–$57.47 (annualized approximately $68,141–$119,538). - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible). - Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (if eligible). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Riverview is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
