About this role
AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the ICU/PCU night shift (7p–7a) at its Sebring, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and care needs for ICU/PCU-level patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification — required
- Prior ICU or PCU clinical experience

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (approximately $65,582–$104,832 annualized)
