A full-time Med-Surg/Neuro RN role at AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based health system, located in Tampa, Florida, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and established standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
- EKG competency per unit requirements.
- 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with proficiency in English (read, verbal, and written).

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).
