A full-time Med-Surg Registered Nurse opportunity at AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based health system located in Tampa, Florida, offering day and night shift positions with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS required for certain positions.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- Proficiency in EKG interpretation based on unit requirements.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and abstract clinical reasoning skills.

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized).
