About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Network Access Center Specialist (Virtual) to handle consumer access and scheduling inquiries for its affiliated Network Access Centers in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Resolve consumer inquiries promptly within assigned functional areas, prioritizing first-interaction resolution
- Follow established workflows, scripting, and department protocols to capture accurate demographics, insurance, and authorization data
- Document all interactions thoroughly and update consumer records in the appropriate technology systems
- Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and escalate to leadership when warranted
- Meet individual key performance objectives including quality assurance scores and productivity targets
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and department policies
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to listen and document simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for CRM, telephony, and EHR platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Bilingual candidates and those with remote call scheduling or clinical backgrounds are preferred
