About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist for its hospital campus in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations - Initiate and conduct therapeutic respiratory procedures; select, assemble, and operate respiratory equipment - Maintain accurate patient records in written and electronic form - Interpret evaluation and test results to develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team - Respond immediately to Code Blue emergencies and perform CPR per American Heart Association protocols - Practice standard precautions and enforce safety regulations in accordance with hospital policy ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) - Florida RRT license (required) - BLS and ACLS certification (required at hire) - NRP certification within 90 days of employment - Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science - 1+ year of critical care experience (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $22.88–$42.54/hr (~$47,590–$88,483 annualized) - Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $10,000 relocation assistance - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network serving communities across multiple states.
