About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shift at its Sebring, Florida hospital campus. ### What you'll do - Initiate, maintain, transport, and monitor mechanical ventilators using conventional ventilation modes per policy - Perform airway maintenance including manual resuscitation, oral/nasal pharyngeal airway insertion, and airway suctioning - Obtain, analyze, and report arterial blood gas and co-oximetry findings; perform quality controls as needed - Respond immediately to Code Blue emergencies and deliver CPR per American Heart Association standards - Deliver respiratory and oxygen therapies, recommending the most efficient delivery method per protocol - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess therapy efficacy and recommend protocol-driven changes ### What we're looking for - State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure and NBRC RRT credential — both required - Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science - BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association - Ability to provide care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations - 1+ year of critical care experience (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $22.88–$42.54/hr (~$47,590–$88,483 annualized) plus night shift differential - Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $10,000 relocation assistance - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day 1 - Paid time off from Day 1; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states.
