AdventHealth Winter Park is hiring an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN for a full-time day shift position in Winter Park, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans aligned with standards of care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and post-operative self-care
- Collaborate with surgical teams and ancillary departments to coordinate safe, effective patient care
- Work Monday–Friday, 06:45am–3:15pm with on-call responsibilities
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
- CCNS, PEARS, or other advanced clinical certifications (preferred)
- Ability to fulfill a 12-month employment contract
