Assistant Nurse Manager Flamingo Crossing ER

AdventHealth is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Flamingo Crossings Emergency Room at their Winter Garden, Florida facility. ### What you'll do - Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope, ensuring proper technique and patient safety - Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses - Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and manage complications - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy - Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to support understanding and compliance - Monitor nursing staff performance, deliver feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to maintain clinical standards ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - 1+ year of charge nurse or relevant nursing leadership experience preferred - 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred - Strong critical thinking skills related to unit operations and patient care delivery ### What's included - Compensation: $33.99–$63.22/hour ($70,699–$131,498 annualized) - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) Retirement Plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care.
