About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its freestanding Emergency Department on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments evaluating patients' physical, mental, and emotional health in a freestanding ED setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on ongoing responses and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader care team to keep all parties informed and involved.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- APEX Innovations NIHSS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of acute hospital experience preferred.

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).
