### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors on every ED visit
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with standards of care
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Respond promptly to code situations, delivering stabilizing interventions
- Supervise and delegate care tasks to healthcare team members while maintaining documentation accuracy in the medical record
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
- EKG competency per unit requirements
- TNCC, CCNS, or other ED-relevant specialty certifications (preferred)

- Hourly pay range: $32.50–$60.45 (annualized $67,600–$125,736 at full-time equivalent)
