About this role
Part-time ICU RN role on the day shift at AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Georgia, working 2×12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.
### What you'll do
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, with continuous documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, applying age-appropriate practices across all patient populations.
- Operate and monitor critical-care equipment including IV lines, central lines, hemodynamic monitoring, chest tubes, Foley catheters, and pulse oximetry.
- Evaluate patient progress toward outcomes and revise care plans, diagnoses, and interventions as clinical status changes.
- Educate patients and families from admission through discharge on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Supervise nursing assistants during routine care and emergency events, and serve as preceptor for less experienced staff as needed.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and automated medication dispensing systems.

- Hourly pay range: $31.44–$54.92 (equivalent to approximately $65,395–$114,233 annualized at full-time hours).
