About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Medical ICU on the night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) at its Tampa, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required).
- APEX Innovations NIHSS certification (required).
- Critical care skills as defined by the unit; strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually).
