AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is hiring a PRN Night EMS Dispatcher to coordinate emergency medical transport operations at its facility in Wesley Chapel, Florida. ### What you'll do - Coordinate EMS drivers based on customer requests and established scheduling protocols - Communicate with customers to assess driver demand and confirm driving schedules - Notify drivers of assignments and enter all assignment data accurately into a computer database - Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules in real time - Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during driver assignments - Maintain accurate records of all driver assignments and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations ### What we're looking for - Minimum 1 year of experience in an EMS environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred - Valid driver's license - Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word) - Ability to interpret and communicate directions using GPS mapping applications - Strong multitasking and communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure ### What's included - Pay range: $17.11–$27.38 per hour (~$35,589–$56,950 annualized) - PRN scheduling flexibility on night shift - Employment with a large faith-based health system offering broad organizational support ### About the practice AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
