RN House Supervisor FT Nights Lake Nona

AdventHealth Lake Nona is hiring a full-time Night Shift RN House Supervisor at its hospital campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Round and assess patient care units to evaluate patient conditions and identify staffing needs - Advise and direct nursing personnel, respond to Code Blue situations, and manage clinical emergencies - Serve as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, managing staffing, equipment, and supply utilization - Represent nursing administration during off-shifts, authorize consent or treatment during admissions, and serve as incident commander during disasters - Collaborate with hospital leadership during organizational codes, significant events, and system downtimes ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - BLS and ACLS certifications required - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred - Minimum 2 years of staff nurse experience - 2+ years of leadership experience as charge nurse, assistant nurse manager, or equivalent preferred - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and administrative skills ### What's included - Pay range: $33.99–$63.22/hr ($70,699–$131,498 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Lake Nona operates a growing comprehensive care network in Orlando, offering emergency services, urgent care, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine, and a wide range of specialists.
