About this role

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time RN Assistant Nurse Manager for night shift at its Palm Coast, Florida hospital campus. ### What you'll do - Perform venous access procedures and administer infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient response. - Assess patients to determine appropriate venous access methods and manage complications as they arise. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy. - Monitor nursing staff performance, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to uphold clinical standards. - Lead unit-level quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and efficiency. - Mentor and precept new staff through hands-on training, fostering professional development and career progression. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred. - Minimum 1 year of charge nurse or relevant nursing leadership experience preferred. - Strong clinical practice knowledge with the ability to lead performance improvement and manage unit operations including productivity. ### What's included - Pay range: $33.99–$63.22/hour ($70,699–$131,498 annualized). - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One. - 403(b) Retirement Plan. - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Palm Coast is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
