AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Float Pool Registered Nurse for its acute care hospital in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing patient assessments across PCU and ICU float assignments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications accurately, monitor patient responses, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Supervise and guide nursing personnel to ensure safe, therapeutic, and policy-compliant patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding the care plan, medications, and procedures.
- Float to appropriate departments within scope, skill, and credentialing requirements.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience, with background in PCU or ICU preferred.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Availability for day shift (7a–7p) with weekend rotation.
