AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida is hiring a PRN Online Nursing Adjunct to facilitate online nursing and allied health coursework for a diverse student body.
### What you'll do
- Facilitate course content in alignment with stated learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Moderate synchronous online small-group chat sessions and participate actively in asynchronous discussion forums
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress, delivering timely and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the course coordinator to maintain curriculum integrity and share ongoing student performance data
- Maintain accurate class records and uphold high standards of professional conduct as a student role model
- Participate in course content meetings and contribute to continuous course improvement
### What we're looking for
- Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution at or above the degree level of the course being taught
- Minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours in the discipline(s) being taught
- Compliance with SACS and Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities standards
- 2+ years of online/distance teaching experience (preferred)
- Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) credential (preferred)
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification (preferred)
