AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Cardiovascular Post Procedure Unit in Daytona Beach, Florida, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors for post-procedure cardiovascular patients.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and established standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and maintain effective communication.
- Apply EKG interpretation and advanced life support skills as required by unit protocols.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required).
- Minimum one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- EKG interpretation skills aligned with unit requirements.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking abilities with proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (annualized approximately $65,582–$108,659).
