AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager for its Medical-Surgical unit in Parker, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Oversee staff performance, manage hiring, orientation, scheduling, and disciplinary processes for the Med-Surg unit
- Manage unit budgets and resources, applying working knowledge of healthcare finance to staffing decisions
- Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives, implementing evidence-based practice changes in compliance with professional standards
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical practice models and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and process improvement plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians to ensure patient-centered care delivery
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related nursing or leadership experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgets, healthcare finance, and outpatient hospital services
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interdisciplinary communication skills
