AdventHealth Medical Group is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to lead the front-office and contact center team at its Pulmonary practice in Brandon, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Oversee daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all hours of operation
- Monitor and coach phone and contact center staff on service quality, call handling, and workflows
- Maintain a safe patient care environment through operational protocols, inventory control, and equipment checks
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and track KPIs to maintain high standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management of team members
- Drive continuous improvement of standardized processes and metrics across the office
### What we're looking for
- Associate's degree required (or High School diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience)
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare or contact center environment
- Current lead role within the department for at least 6 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn EHR, CRM, and telephony systems
- Working knowledge of contact center KPIs and best practices
- Medical assistant background and physician office scheduling experience preferred
