### What you'll do
- Maintain standards required by state health department licensing for childcare operations
- Model professional behavior and serve as a positive example for children, families, and staff
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the experience of children and their families
- Monitor and communicate adult-to-child ratios to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Apply age-appropriate curriculum standards within assigned classroom
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of curriculum standards appropriate to the age group served (preferred)
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (preferred)
