About this role

AdventHealth for Children is hiring a full-time Clinical Programs Manager for Pediatrics at its flagship facility in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Lead development, execution, and management of nurse resident and experienced nurse training programs across the pediatric division - Manage day-to-day team operations including coaching, hiring, performance management, and professional development - Coordinate orientation logistics, simulation development, and campus educator support to align with training objectives - Partner with system-wide functions to assess and address clinical education needs across departments - Oversee talent acquisition processes related to training programs and support continual process improvement - Provide budget analysis and management support for training program items and departmental needs ### What we're looking for - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Nursing preferred - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and current BLS/CPR certification required - Minimum 1 year of RN experience in any healthcare setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Epic EMR - Knowledge of regulatory requirements from CMS, AHCA, DNV, JCAHO, and/or TJC related to clinical programming and student placement - Experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, or student nurse advisor preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $83,699–$155,694 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth for Children is a nationally recognized pediatric health system whose flagship Orlando facility was designed by Walt Disney Imagineers to create a child-centered environment.
