Registered Nurse ICU/PCU

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its ICU/PCU unit on the day shift in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, following patient-safety protocols - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Prior ICU or PCU clinical experience - Current BLS/CPR certification ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hour ($65,582–$104,832 annualized) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is a faith-based, mission-driven hospital serving the Highlands County community in central Florida.
