Nurse Manager, ICU - Dade City

AdventHealth Dade City is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager for its ICU unit in Dade City, Florida. ### What you'll do - Oversee staff performance, manage hiring, orientation, and discipline for the ICU unit - Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and staffing levels in alignment with healthcare finance principles - Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, and specialty standards - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice changes in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams - Mentor and educate staff, supporting career development and adherence to clinical practice models - Foster collaboration across departments, maintaining patient- and family-centered care delivery ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred - BLS and ACLS certification required - Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant unit (ICU or critical care) - 2+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred - CNML or CCNS certification preferred; proficiency with Electronic Health Records required ### What's included - Salary range: $77,759 – $144,624 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off starting Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - CME and career development support ### About the practice AdventHealth Dade City is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, mission-driven health network serving communities across the country.
