About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its ICU/PCU unit in Sebring, Florida, with hours running 7p–7a. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - ICU or PCU clinical experience - Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) - Willingness to meet any additional unit-specific licensure or certification requirements ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (approx. $65,582–$104,832 annualized) - Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (if eligible) - Relocation bonus up to $10,000 (if eligible) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, mission-driven health network operating across multiple states.
