About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its ICU/PCU unit on the night shift in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and care needs across ICU and PCU patients. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record (EMR). ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required). - Prior experience in a PCU or ICU setting. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (annualized $65,582–$104,832). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is a faith-based community hospital located in Highlands County, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system.
