AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time LPN for its Med-Surge Telemetry unit in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, environmental, and developmental health status.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and monitor patient responses.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, treatments, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate cohesive care delivery.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations to stabilize patients and provide necessary interventions.
### What we're looking for
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Florida.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LPN vocational/technical program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting (preferred).
- Ability to meet unit-specific licensure or certification requirements per the credential grid.
