About this role
A full-time night-shift Registered Nurse position on the Neuro Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at AdventHealth Orlando, located at 601 East Rollins Street, Orlando, FL 32803.
### What you'll do
- Deliver direct and indirect total nursing care to age-specific patient populations on a Neuro Medical PCU.
- Apply the full nursing process — assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation — to meet departmental care goals.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care responsibilities across a 12-hour night shift.
- Adhere to AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting body standards.
- Work 3 nights per week on 12-hour shifts, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
