About this role

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its 50-bed Adult Emergency Department in Celebration, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for ED patients - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care across acute, intermediate, and fast-track treatment areas - Float among multiple Celebration ED locations, including the Main Campus Pediatrics unit and three freestanding EDs ### What we're looking for - Active RN license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - 1+ year of acute care hospital experience (preferred) - CCNS certification (preferred) - Availability for night shifts (7p–7a, 3×12s) with weekend rotation ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $3,000 relocation bonus for candidates living 50+ miles from campus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration Health's Emergency Department is the busiest in Osceola County and holds the ENA Lantern Award for excellence in innovation, patient safety, and quality care.
