About this role

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Adult Emergency Department EDNIP (ED Nurse Internship Program) Night training cohort at its Celebration, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition, including lab results and non-invasive monitoring data. - Formulate nursing diagnoses and implement evidence-based interventions based on patients' actual or potential health conditions. - Develop and execute individualized plans of care with measurable short- and long-range goals. - Prioritize follow-up assessments and modify care plans in response to patient status changes. - Complete comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including screening for signs of abuse or neglect. ### What we're looking for - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (required). - Basic Life Support / CPR certification (required). - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Ability to work 3×12-hour night shifts with rotation of weekends and holidays. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hr (~$65,582–$108,659 annually). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Whole-person well-being and mental health support resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service acute care hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
