### What you'll do
- Perform high-quality mammography examinations per provider orders and departmental protocols to support accurate diagnosis.
- Participate in patient tracking, follow-up processes, recall coordination, additional imaging, and biopsy scheduling.
- Follow department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures before each exam.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR and PACS systems.
- Support breast center initiatives including accreditation preparation, community screening events, and quality improvement activities.
### What we're looking for
- Active ARRT registration in Mammography — RT(R)(M)(ARRT) required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of mammography experience required.
- Working knowledge of MQSA and ACR regulations and mammography equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Ability to apply appropriate technical factors and uphold radiation safety standards.

- Hourly pay range: $26.08–$48.50 (approximately $54,246–$100,880 annualized at 2,080 hours).
