About this role

A Radiologic Technologist II (night shift) joins AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based health system, at its Fletcher Avenue hospital campus in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Position, move, and manipulate radiographic equipment to complete requested imaging procedures safely - Perform direct patient care within scope of practice, including patient monitoring, transport, and infection control - Operate across two imaging modalities in Diagnostic Radiology, including ER, OR, and fluoroscopic procedures - Maintain exam room cleanliness, equipment stocking, and routine safety checks - Apply radiation safety principles (time, distance, shielding) to keep exposure ALARA for patients and staff - Utilize radiology software packages and hospital information systems accurately ### What we're looking for - Active ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) required - BLS/CPR certification (adult, child, and infant) required - Demonstrated competency in two Diagnostic Imaging modalities required - 1+ year of radiologic technology work experience preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage high patient volumes under pressure ### What's included - Pay range: $23.71–$44.09/hr (~$49,316–$91,707 annualized) - $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is part of AdventHealth, a nationwide faith-based nonprofit health system with a mission rooted in whole-person care.
