About this role
AdventHealth South Orlando is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator for the Main OR at its Orlando, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors prior to and during surgical procedures.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and established standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and ancillary departments to coordinate intraoperative patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing necessary interventions to stabilize patients.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and critical-thinking skills to assess patients and revise care plans in real time.
- Additional specialty certifications (CCNS, TNCC, CCRN-E, etc.) are a plus.

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized).
