About this role

An experienced OR Circulator RN (Day Shift) is needed at AdventHealth East Orlando, a faith-based health system, in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to deliver quality perioperative care in the operating room. - Develop, communicate, and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the surgical team. - Execute nursing interventions and procedures, applying clinical skills and sound judgment throughout the perioperative cycle. - Evaluate patient responses to care and intervene as needed to ensure quality outcomes. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date nursing documentation in compliance with hospital policy. - Pursue ongoing professional development, keeping certifications and licensure current. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - BLS/CPR certification (required); ACLS preferred. - 1+ year of operating room experience (preferred). - CNOR certification preferred; ABLS and Hip & Knee Replacement (HKR) certifications also preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $32.76–$57.47/hr (~$68,141–$119,538 annually). - $12,500 sign-on bonus for eligible external hires (12-month contract required). - $3,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One. - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - CME/career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth East Orlando is a full-service acute care hospital located at 7727 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, FL, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based nonprofit health networks in the United States.
