About this role
A Clinical Pharmacist role at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida, supporting inpatient pharmacy operations across central, satellite, ED, and ICU settings.
### What you'll do
- Review and monitor medication orders and patient profiles to prevent, identify, and resolve drug-related problems, including pharmacokinetic dosing and adjustment
- Provide direct patient care on interdisciplinary rounds and support transitions of care from admission through discharge
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship, surveillance, and restricted-use programs to promote safe, cost-effective medication therapy
- Counsel patients, families, and clinical team members on safe and effective medication use
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and accreditation activities, tracking metrics such as interventions and error reduction
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license required
- Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred
- At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Proficiency with electronic health records, pharmacy informatics systems, and medication automation
- Ability to work variable days and hours including rotating decentralized, staffing, and virtual coverage shifts
