An ICU Registered Nurse (day shift, 6:45a–7:15p) role at AdventHealth Heart of Florida, located in Davenport, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive ICU care
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- Prior ICU work experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)

- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hour (~$65,582–$104,832 annually)
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
