About this role
AdventHealth Heart of Florida is hiring a full-time Critical Care Registered Nurse for night shifts (6:45p–7:15a) at its Davenport, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized ICU care plans based on findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, following safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established critical care protocols.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in real time within the EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification — required.
- Prior ICU experience — required.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (approximately $65,582–$104,832 annually).
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible).
