About this role
AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the ICU/PCU unit on a night shift schedule (4 × 10-hour shifts, 7 pm–5 am) in Sebring, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform and oversee venous access procedures and infusion therapy, adjusting care plans based on patient response
- Assess patient conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and manage complications
- Monitor nursing staff performance, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to uphold clinical standards
- Lead unit-level quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Mentor and precept new staff through hands-on training and professional development support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies to maintain patient safety standards
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- 1+ year of acute care nursing experience preferred
- 1+ year of charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency

- Pay range: $32.79–$60.99/hour (~$68,203–$126,859 annually)
