About this role
AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a full-time RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Cardiovascular Nights team in Rome, Georgia, working 7p–7a on a 3×12 schedule with rotating weekends.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for cardiovascular PCU patients.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate care and maintain clear communication.
- Respond promptly to code situations, providing stabilizing interventions and maintaining accurate, timely medical record documentation.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
- CCNS, TNCC, or CCRN-E certification (preferred).
- Commitment to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
### What's included
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
- Pay range: $30.40–$49.93/hour (~$63,232–$103,854 annualized).
