An ICU Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Lake Wales provides critical care to acutely ill patients at a faith-based health system in Lake Wales, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols and critical care skills
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- ICU experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (approx. $65,582–$104,832 annually)
