Registered Nurse Emergency Department Nights 7p-7a Lake Wales

AdventHealth Lake Wales is hiring a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) at its Lake Wales, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments accurately per provider orders, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive emergency care ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Prior Emergency Department experience ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr ($65,582–$104,832 annualized) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One; 4 weeks 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Lake Wales is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission rooted in whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
