AdventHealth Wauchula is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department on the mid/night shift in Wauchula, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and care needs in an ED setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Emergency Department clinical experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
### What's included
- Pay range: $31.53–$50.40/hr (~$65,582–$104,832 annually).
