About this role
A full-time night-shift Registered Nurse (PCU) role at AdventHealth Heartland in Lake Placid, Florida, caring for progressive care unit patients on a 7p–7a schedule.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders, following safety protocols
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Progressive care unit (PCU) experience
- Ability to work consistent night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$50.40 (~$65,582–$104,832 annualized)
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus (if eligible)
