About this role

A PRN Radiology Technologist position is open at AdventHealth Manchester in Manchester, Kentucky, supporting diagnostic imaging services across a range of patient populations. ### What you'll do - Perform radiographic imaging procedures, positioning patients and selecting technical factors to produce high-quality diagnostic images. - Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment safely, applying ALARA radiation safety principles for patients and staff. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR and PACS systems using correct patient demographic and exam information. - Assist patients throughout procedures, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy in compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and equipment maintained through routine cleaning and safety checks. - Cross-train into advanced imaging modalities as operational needs require. ### What we're looking for - ARRT registration in Radiography (RT(R)) required. - Current BLS/CPR certification (adult and pediatric) required. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 1 year of radiologic technology experience, or recent graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. - Proficiency with radiology software systems such as Cerner, RadNet, and PACS. - Knowledge of diagnostic radiographic procedures across all patient populations: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $20.45–$38.02 (annualized equivalent approximately $42,500–$79,100 based on 2,080 hours). - PRN/per-diem day-shift scheduling. ### About the practice AdventHealth Manchester is a community hospital located in Manchester, Kentucky, operating as part of the AdventHealth system, a large faith-based, not-for-profit health network.
