About this role

A CT and X-Ray Radiologic Technologist (StaffFlex/PRN) role is open at AdventHealth Murray in Chatsworth, Georgia, covering weekend day shifts (Saturday and Sunday) at $60.91/hr plus shift differential. ### What you'll do - Perform CT and general radiographic exams following established protocols, verifying patient identity and providing pre-exam education. - Operate imaging equipment — including scanners, injectors, and monitors — safely and adapt protocols for patients across all age groups. - Position patients and equipment, select technical factors, and produce diagnostic-quality images that meet Radiologist standards. - Screen patients for contrast allergies and childbearing status; minimize radiation exposure using appropriate shielding and PPE. - Monitor patient condition throughout the exam, documenting history, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy. - Perform supporting clerical duties including phone coverage, patient record completion, filing, and scheduling. ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree from an AMA-approved or JCERT-accredited school of radiologic technology (required). - ARRT registration in Radiography — RT(R)(ARRT) — required. - ARRT certification in Computed Tomography — RT(CT)(ARRT) — preferred. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required. - Demonstrated ability to perform imaging on patients of all ages. - Compliance with any additional state or unit-specific licensure requirements per AdventHealth's credential grid. ### What's included - Contract rate of $60.91/hr plus weekend shift differential. - PRN/StaffFlex schedule: Saturday and Sunday day shifts (approximately 24 hours per week). ### About the practice AdventHealth Murray is a community hospital located in Chatsworth, Georgia, operating as part of the AdventHealth system — a faith-based, not-for-profit health network with facilities across the United States.
