RN PCU Nights

Texas Health Huguley is hiring a full-time night-shift RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at its hospital in Burleson, Texas. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and clinical needs - Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with assessment findings and medical diagnoses - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining patient safety and protocol adherence - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies ### What we're looking for - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Experience in a specialty nursing area (preferred) ### What's included - Compensation: $33.28–$61.91/hr ($69,222–$128,773 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice Texas Health Huguley is a faith-based acute care hospital located in Burleson, TX, affiliated with AdventHealth and Texas Health Resources. The PCU provides intermediate-level care for patients requiring closer monitoring than a standard medical-surgical floor, with night shifts running 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, three shifts per week.
